Export Workday job listings to Excel or CSV

Choose the correct career-site address, export a bounded sample and distinguish source dates, missing fields and retrieval errors.

When you need to compare roles across several Workday career sites, a spreadsheet is easier to work with than separate search pages. Workday Jobs Scraper reads the public listing data used by supported myworkdayjobs.com sites and exports a common set of fields.

Copy the career site, not an individual job

Keep the hostname and the career-site name. For example:

https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite
https://salesforce.wd12.myworkdayjobs.com/External_Career_Site

Keep the wd5 or wd12 portion unchanged. Examples can move over time; obtain the current address from the employer’s own careers page. The Actor also accepts the language prefix used by the site.

Start with twenty results

  1. Open the Actor, review its current pricing and set a run spending limit.
  2. Paste one URL into Workday career site URLs (careerSites).
  3. Set Max jobs per career site (maxJobsPerSite) to 20. The form prefills this sample limit; 0 removes the Actor’s output cap.
  4. Leave other filters empty for your first check. Run, inspect the result and export to CSV, Excel or JSON.

Useful fields include company, jobId, title, location, additionalLocations, country, postedAt, postedText, url and description. Check the actual output: not every listing supplies every field.

Apply filters with their limits in mind

InputUse it forWhat to check
searchTextA search passed to WorkdayUse the employer’s search page to compare the meaning of the term.
keywords / excludeKeywordsWords in the job titleThese do not search the full description.
locations / remoteOnlyLocation information in the returned listingA remote label can still have country or attendance restrictions.
postedWithinDaysRecent jobs, within the supported 1–30-day rangeUnknown dates or “30+ days” cannot establish an exact publication day.

postedAt is a normalized value, not a guaranteed original publication timestamp. The current implementation uses a source date when available, otherwise may estimate from relative text. Use the original listing when an exact deadline or publication date matters.

Read the run summary

The SUMMARY record reports sites, saved jobs, source totals where available and failures. Compare saved rows with your chosen filters and caps. If one site fails, its missing output must not be interpreted as “this employer has no vacancies.”

On large boards, narrow the source search deliberately and reconcile any overlapping exports by job ID or URL. A local location filter is not a substitute for server-side pagination, and removing the output cap does not guarantee complete coverage of every site.

Cost example: at the listed starting rate of $1.50 per 1,000 saved jobs, 500 results represent $0.75 in result charges. Check current startup charges and other applicable charges before running. The same job collected again is another result.

Keep a history without repeating alerts

Schedule repeated runs only after the sample passes. Record job IDs already seen; a one-day date filter does not provide deduplication or catch every missed run. See the n8n alert walkthrough.

For other supported ATS platforms, use Career Pages Jobs Scraper. The tools share core fields, but source-specific fields and date precision still differ.
